Classes and Programs

Beginners Boxing Class
Beginner boxers will learn basic footwork, punches, defense and tactics. This class is for those who have 0-6 months of experience in boxing.

Fighters Classes
The class is reserved for Boxing BC registered Athletes with a novice designation and higher. At this level you are an active competitor with at least 2 years of boxing training or approval from a Mendoza Coach.

Youth Boxing Classes
This class is an all level program that follows a curriculum that allows the boxer to move up the ranking system. This class focuses on using the basics of boxing and applying techniques on bags, mitts, live partner drills and sparring.

Kids Classes
Using the foundation of boxing and Arnis, this class focuses on using the foundations of boxing to increase confidence and learn discipline in a safe and high energy environment.

aLL lEVELS bOXING
Our All Levels Class is designed to cater to a diverse group of participants, from beginners eager to start their boxing journey to seasoned boxers looking to further hone their skills. Regardless of your experience, this high-intensity class will help you build a solid foundation as a boxer. It's open to adults only and offers a comprehensive blend of techniques and drills across the Mendoza Boxing curriculum.

bEginner-intermediate Boxing
Our Beginner-Intermediate Boxing Class is the perfect blend of foundational training for beginners and skill advancement for those who have taken their first steps in the world of boxing. This class is suitable for individuals that have ranked up from the beginner class, making it a welcoming environment for those looking to further enhance their skills.

Intermediate/
Advanced Classes
Building on the techniques learned in the Beginner’s and Beginner-Intermediate classes, Boxers at this level will learn advanced fight techniques and tactics, ring craft,and advanced footwork. Must have at least 1.5 -2 years of experience.

Ladies Only Classes
Our Ladies Only Boxing Class is a specialized fitness program designed to introduce and train women in the art of boxing while providing a challenging and empowering workout experience. This class combines the fundamentals of boxing techniques with cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and overall conditioning.

Conditioning and Bootcamp Classes
A high-intensity fitness program designed to improve overall strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. This class typically incorporates a wide range of exercises and training modalities to challenge participants both physically and mentally.
